As speculation continues and nearly all of Europe has picked up on it, we can now see that Radamel Falcao’s move to the Premier League is a high possibility. Since the Super Cup against Chelsea where Falcao nabbed a hat-trick, there have been a few clubs that have announced interest. The most likely suitors are Manchester City and Chelsea. Who wouldn’t want Falcao?
He’s the complete striker: consistently scoring with both feet, his head and doing it very regularly. With an amazing talent and a €60million (£48million) price tag slapped on his head, let’s take a look at who he could be playing for next season:
Manchester City: A team that has Edin Dzeko, Carlos Tevez and Sergio Aguero. Aguero already cost them £38million and Dzeko £27million. Why would they spend £48million on a player they don’t need? It’s true that Falcao is one of the best strikers in the world but I can’t see him going to City.
Chelsea: The most likely option for Falcao. They need a striker to take the place of Torres, they play the style of football that Falcao likes and it would be the best deal for Atletico. Rumours say that Atletico want Courtois along with money before they allow the deal to go through. This would certainly be a deal in favour of the Spanish side.
But of course, there is always the possibility that he may stay, and Atletico may offer a new contract with the hope of pinning him down. Even if this contract is not accepted, they will still gain a massive amount of money for him. In a recent interview, Falcao was asked what he was doing at the end of the season. The striker responded with, Falcao said: ‘I don’t even know what I’m doing tomorrow.
‘I am happy here and enjoying things at present. I am not thinking about leaving, only in playing this season and I hope everything goes well.’
Claiming there are many factors that could affect how long he stays for, these sort of words have been heard from many players who have gone on to leave their clubs. It does not look good for Atletico. In January they could be facing the possibility of losing their star striker and for goal scoring there are not many who could replace him.
Coming up to November, Atletico are level at the top with Barca on 25 points and a majority of these points are thanks to goals from Falcao. He has said that his future is beyond his control and lest we forget, there is still a chance he could reject a transfer as well. But there is no doubt that Falcao is the star of the Atletico squad and he will be a massive loss if the move goes through.
Personally I think Atletico will say goodbye to Falcao in January and for me, the only question is where will El Tigre go?
He should come to Chelsea. Only glory awaits him here at Chelsea!. He will soar and conquor all over Europe
The fact that Chelsea have just refused to lend Athletico Courtois for a third season would indicate any deal for Falcao has collapsed .
Of course Chelsea will need Courtois as Cech is having surgery in June and will be out for sometime ,still it makes the Falcao deal seem unlikely .

Chelsea dont need to offer Courtois as everyone knows Chelsea can offer cash straight, however there is always the option of letting Torres go back there as part of Falcou deal. If we cant get him, i have heard we are chasing PATO, this could more likely happen in Jan if A MADRID dont sell. People talk about his Injury record but bear this he is only 23 and i think a move to Chelsea could be a great option. The second is bring Lukuku back he is a Chelsea player after all and we do have the option to recall him.

Chealsea will automatically have falco so long as his terms and conditions is met but falco should also know that changing aclub is good especally comming to a big club like chealsea will bush his football in high level becouse his football also rime with that of chealsea.
